Activities Fair, the CCPTA sponsors various functions, such as Scholarships for
high school seniors planning to pursue a career in educations, the PTA
Reflections contest, the Summer Activities Fair, Neighborhood Day and a
training session for the PTA officers.
Representatives
from the CCPTA participate on the Advisory Council on Instruction the APS
Calendar and Budget and Facilities Advisory Committees, and the Arlington
County Neighborhood Day Planning Committee.
When and where does
the CCPTA meet?
The
CCPTA meets once a month to receive updates from the Superintendent and School
Board, to share PTA information with each other, to hear from other school and
community organizations, and to plan and organize CCPTA activities. Meetings are held in Room 101 A/B at the Ed
Center at 1426 N. Quincy Street at 7:00 pm
